Florida, here we come!

So this year’s vacation is a little different. All our adulty children have adulty jobs, with the exception of Audrey who is on an all too brief summer break from college. That led to the decision for Greg and I to head out with Kevin in the ole RV 6 days earlier. We’re going to take our time to meander down to the Florida Keys and look at some stuff along the way.

Today’s goal was just to get on the road with a planned stop near Macon, GA with an overnight at the Lane Peach Orchard. Mission accomplished with a bonus adrenaline rush from a significant thunder storm. Greg slept through it so Kevin kept me company as I waited to see if we were going to take off. We didn’t, so all’s well that ends well.
